EMI & Payment Policy

Effective Date: January 01, 2024
Last Updated: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to APPUPNEXT. This EMI & Payment Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to installment payments, EMI arrangements, project payments, and other payment facilities offered in connection with APPUPNEXT products and services.

APPUPNEXT provides website development, e-commerce solutions, custom software, SaaS applications, automation systems, AI-based solutions, digital products, and other IT business services worldwide.

This policy helps customers understand their payment responsibilities, eligibility requirements, installment schedules, and applicable conditions before confirming a purchase.

By choosing an installment or EMI arrangement, customers agree to this policy and the payment terms specified in their quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or separate written agreement.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy may apply to eligible purchases involving:

  • Website design and development.

  • E-commerce website development.

  • Custom software and web applications.

  • Business management systems and SaaS solutions.

  • AI-based applications and automation tools.

  • Website themes, templates, and digital products.

  • Domain registration and hosting services.

  • Maintenance, customization, and technical services.

  • Other products or services approved for installment payments.

Not every product or service is necessarily eligible for EMI or installment payment.

3. Definitions

EMI (Equated Monthly Installment): A payment arrangement in which an approved amount is repaid through scheduled monthly payments under the applicable financing terms.

Installment Payment: A payment arrangement that divides an agreed project or purchase price into multiple payments according to a schedule agreed upon by APPUPNEXT and the customer.

Advance Payment: The initial payment required before work begins, resources are allocated, or a service is activated.

Outstanding Balance: The amount remaining unpaid after accounting for payments received and any agreed adjustments.

Financing Provider: A bank, payment gateway, financial institution, or other authorized third party that provides an EMI or financing facility.

4. EMI and Installment Availability

APPUPNEXT may offer installment arrangements for eligible projects and services, subject to approval and the applicable agreement.

Customers should confirm the availability of an EMI or installment facility before making a purchase.

Availability may depend on:

  • The total purchase or project value.

  • The selected service or package.

  • The agreed advance payment.

  • The number and frequency of installments.

  • Customer eligibility and verification requirements.

  • Financing-provider approval, where applicable.

  • Applicable transaction and service conditions.

An installment arrangement offered directly by APPUPNEXT is not necessarily a bank-issued or credit-card EMI facility. Third-party financing is subject to the provider's separate approval and terms.

5. Advance Payment Requirements

An advance payment may be required before APPUPNEXT begins development, reserves resources, purchases third-party services, or initiates project setup.

For standard website development projects, the usual advance payment may be 30% of the agreed project price, unless the applicable quotation or agreement specifies a different amount.

Certain specialized or higher-cost projects may require a different advance payment.

The advance amount, payment deadline, and remaining balance will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

6. Installment Schedule

The installment schedule must be agreed upon before or during the project and documented in the applicable agreement.

The agreement should specify:

  • Total project or purchase price.

  • Initial advance payment.

  • Number of installments.

  • Amount of each installment.

  • Due date for each installment.

  • Any applicable interest, financing fee, or service charge.

  • Conditions for project milestones and final delivery.

  • Consequences of overdue payments, subject to applicable law.

Customers must follow the agreed schedule and ensure that each installment is paid on time.

7. EMI Duration and Monthly Payments

Where monthly EMI is available, the repayment period and monthly amount will be determined by the applicable financing or payment agreement.

The available duration may vary depending on the product, purchase value, provider, and approved arrangement.

Customers must review the full repayment schedule before accepting an EMI offer.

If a financing provider charges interest or fees, those charges must be determined by the provider's applicable terms and disclosed as required by law.

APPUPNEXT will not represent an installment arrangement as interest-free unless that condition has been confirmed and communicated accurately.

8. Interest, Fees, and Additional Charges

The applicable quotation, invoice, or financing agreement will determine whether interest, processing fees, transaction fees, or other charges apply.

Before confirming an arrangement, customers should verify:

  • Total payable amount.

  • Any applicable interest rate.

  • Processing or service fees.

  • Taxes and payment-provider charges.

  • Late-payment charges, if lawful and agreed upon.

  • Any early repayment or cancellation conditions.

No charge should be assumed to apply unless it is specified in the relevant agreement or otherwise lawfully applicable.

Where a third-party financing provider administers the EMI, the provider's disclosed terms govern its financing charges.

9. Accepted Payment Methods

Subject to availability, APPUPNEXT may accept:

  • Bank transfers.

  • bKash.

  • Nagad.

  • Rocket.

  • Other supported mobile financial services.

  • Merchant payment services.

  • Online payment gateways.

  • QR code payments.

  • Approved bank or credit-card EMI facilities.

  • Other officially authorized payment methods.

The accepted payment methods for a particular transaction will be communicated through the official payment page, invoice, or authorized company representative.

Customers should verify the recipient and transaction details before transferring money.

10. Official Payment Page

Customers may review official payment instructions through:

Official Payment Page: https://appupnext.com/apn-payment-link

Only use payment instructions confirmed by APPUPNEXT through its official website or an authorized representative.

Customers should retain the transaction ID, payment reference, and receipt until the payment has been verified.

11. Payment Confirmation

A payment is subject to verification by APPUPNEXT or the relevant payment provider.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Invoice or order number.

  • Transaction ID.

  • Payment reference.

  • Payment date and amount.

  • Other reasonable information needed to verify the transaction.

A screenshot or payment notification alone may not establish that funds have been successfully received.

Customers must not submit false payment confirmations or misrepresent an outstanding balance as paid.

12. Project Commencement and Milestones

Project work may begin after the required advance payment has been received and the necessary project information has been supplied.

For projects delivered in stages, installment payments may be associated with agreed milestones.

Milestones may include:

  1. Project initiation and requirements confirmation.

  2. Design approval or initial development.

  3. Core functionality completion.

  4. Testing and revisions within the agreed scope.

  5. Final delivery, deployment, or handover.

The actual milestone schedule will be specified in the relevant agreement. These examples do not automatically apply to every project.

13. Final Delivery and Outstanding Balance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer must settle the outstanding balance before final handover, production deployment, or release of deliverables where full payment is a contractual condition.

The agreement will determine when the customer receives source code, administrative credentials, server access, domain transfer, or other deliverables.

An installment arrangement does not automatically grant access to unpaid deliverables or rights beyond those stated in the applicable software license and purchase agreement.

14. Late or Missed Installments

Customers are responsible for making installment payments by the agreed due dates.

If an installment is missed, delayed, rejected, or reversed, APPUPNEXT may notify the customer and request payment verification or settlement.

Where permitted by the agreement and applicable law, overdue payments may result in:

  • Delayed project milestones.

  • Suspension of further development.

  • Delayed final delivery or handover.

  • Temporary suspension of relevant services.

  • Other remedies expressly permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

Any late-payment fee must be disclosed in the applicable terms and must be legally permissible.

15. Grace Period and Payment Extensions

A grace period or payment extension is not automatic unless stated in the agreement or required by law.

Customers who anticipate a payment delay should contact APPUPNEXT before the due date, explain the circumstances, and request an extension.

APPUPNEXT may approve or decline an extension based on the circumstances and applicable agreement.

Any approved extension or revised schedule should be documented in writing. Verbal discussions alone should not be treated as a confirmed change unless appropriately authorized and recorded.

16. Early Repayment

Customers who wish to pay their remaining balance before the scheduled date should contact APPUPNEXT or the relevant financing provider.

Early repayment conditions depend on the type of arrangement.

For an installment plan administered directly by APPUPNEXT, any adjustment to the schedule must be confirmed by the company.

For a bank or third-party EMI facility, early repayment is governed by the financing provider's terms, including any applicable fees or restrictions.

17. Cancellation of an EMI or Installment Purchase

Customers who wish to cancel an order or project must submit a request through an official communication channel.

Cancellation does not automatically eliminate amounts already due under the applicable agreement.

The financial consequences of cancellation may depend on:

  • Work already completed.

  • Deliverables already supplied.

  • Third-party expenses already incurred.

  • The agreed cancellation terms.

  • Financing-provider conditions.

  • Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Any refund or adjustment will be handled according to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

18. Refunds and Reversals

Refund requests are assessed under the applicable refund policy, purchase agreement, and mandatory legal requirements.

Refund eligibility may differ for completed development work, digital products, domain registrations, hosting services, subscriptions, and third-party financing transactions.

Where an EMI is administered by a bank or financing provider, APPUPNEXT may need to coordinate with that provider regarding a refund or transaction reversal.

Customers should not assume that a refund automatically cancels an active financing agreement. They should obtain confirmation from the relevant provider regarding the status of any remaining installments.

Nothing in this policy removes a refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Third-Party Financing and EMI Providers

Where a bank, payment gateway, credit-card issuer, or other financing provider offers EMI facilities, the financing arrangement may be governed by a separate agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the provider's:

  • Eligibility requirements.

  • Interest rates and fees.

  • Repayment schedule.

  • Credit and verification requirements.

  • Late-payment conditions.

  • Cancellation and early-repayment rules.

  • Dispute-resolution process.

APPUPNEXT does not control third-party financing decisions, credit approvals, processing times, or the continued availability of a provider's services.

20. Taxes and Currency

The transaction currency will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, checkout page, or financing agreement.

Taxes, currency-conversion costs, bank charges, and payment-provider fees may apply where legally chargeable and properly disclosed.

For international transactions, the customer's bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes legally payable by them, except where the law requires APPUPNEXT to collect or pay those taxes.

21. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using an EMI or installment arrangement must:

  1. Provide accurate billing and contact information.

  2. Review the full payment schedule before confirming the purchase.

  3. Understand the total payable amount and applicable fees.

  4. Make payments by the agreed due dates.

  5. Keep receipts and transaction references.

  6. Notify APPUPNEXT of payment errors or disputes promptly.

  7. Follow any applicable financing-provider requirements.

  8. Obtain written confirmation of approved changes to the payment schedule.

  9. Avoid making payments to unverified recipients.

Customers must not use fraudulent payment methods or submit false transaction information.

22. Payment Disputes

Customers should contact APPUPNEXT if they believe an invoice, installment, payment record, or outstanding balance is incorrect.

To assist with an investigation, customers should provide the relevant invoice number, transaction reference, payment date, and a description of the issue.

Where a third-party financing provider is involved, the customer may also need to contact that provider through its official dispute-resolution process.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising any lawful right to dispute a transaction or report an unauthorized payment.

23. Privacy and Payment Security

Payment-related information will be handled in accordance with the applicable APPUPNEXT Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.

Customers should not send passwords, full card security codes, or unnecessary sensitive financial credentials through ordinary email or public communication channels.

Third-party payment and financing providers may process relevant information under their own privacy and security policies.

Customers should use authorized payment channels and report suspected payment fraud promptly.

24. Policy Updates

APPUPNEXT may update this policy to reflect changes in its payment methods, installment arrangements, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updates will be published or communicated through appropriate channels.

The applicable purchase agreement, financing agreement, and mandatory law will determine how a policy change affects an existing transaction.

Customers should review the relevant terms before entering into a new EMI or installment arrangement.
