1. Introduction
Welcome to APPUPNEXT. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty conditions, coverage, limitations, and responsibilities applicable to software, website development, e-commerce solutions, digital products, and other IT business services provided by APPUPNEXT.
APPUPNEXT provides digital solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations worldwide. Our services may include website development, custom software, e-commerce platforms, SaaS applications, automation systems, AI-based solutions, website themes, templates, and related technical services.
Warranty coverage depends on the purchased package, project agreement, product license, invoice, or other written commitment.
2. Scope of Warranty
This policy may apply to:
-
Website design and development projects.
-
E-commerce websites and online store systems.
-
Custom software and web applications.
-
Admin panels and business management systems.
-
Website themes, templates, and scripts.
-
Software features and functionality developed by APPUPNEXT.
-
Agreed bug fixes and technical corrections.
-
Other deliverables specifically covered by a written warranty commitment.
Not every product or service automatically includes a warranty. Customers should review the applicable package or agreement to confirm the coverage and duration.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period, if applicable, will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, product description, or written agreement.
The warranty period may vary depending on the type of project, software package, digital product, and service purchased.
Where a specific warranty period has not been stated, customers should contact APPUPNEXT for clarification before relying on warranty coverage.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory warranty rights provided by applicable law.
4. Warranty Coverage
Where warranty coverage is included, APPUPNEXT may correct verified defects in the agreed deliverables that arise under normal and authorized use during the applicable warranty period.
Covered issues may include:
-
A feature that fails to operate according to the agreed specifications.
-
A reproducible software bug in functionality developed by APPUPNEXT.
-
An error in an agreed feature caused by the delivered implementation.
-
A technical defect that prevents an agreed function from operating as intended.
-
Other defects expressly covered by the applicable written warranty.
APPUPNEXT will assess reported issues to determine whether they fall within the agreed warranty scope.
Where a defect is covered, APPUPNEXT may repair, correct, or otherwise address the issue using an appropriate technical solution, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
5. Bug Fixing and Technical Corrections
Warranty bug fixing applies to defects in the original agreed deliverables, not automatically to every subsequent change or problem affecting the website or software.
To assess a bug report, APPUPNEXT may require:
-
A description of the issue.
-
Steps to reproduce the problem.
-
Screenshots, error messages, or relevant logs.
-
Information about recent changes.
-
The affected page, feature, or system.
-
Access to a test environment or other reasonable diagnostic information.
APPUPNEXT will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate corrective action in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
6. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Unless expressly included in a written agreement or required by applicable law, warranty coverage does not automatically extend to:
-
New features or functionality requested after project approval.
-
Additional design work or changes outside the original scope.
-
Problems caused by unauthorized code modifications.
-
Errors caused by customer-installed plugins or software.
-
Issues arising from unsupported server configurations.
-
Hosting, domain, DNS, or infrastructure failures outside APPUPNEXT's control.
-
Third-party API, payment gateway, or external service outages.
-
Malware or security incidents caused by compromised credentials or external attacks.
-
Data loss caused by missing, incomplete, or improperly maintained backups.
-
Problems resulting from incompatible software updates or environmental changes.
-
Customer misuse, negligence, or failure to follow documented instructions.
-
Content, products, images, or data supplied by the customer.
-
Requests for training, customization, or operational assistance not included in the agreement.
An exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law. APPUPNEXT will not reject a valid warranty claim merely because an unrelated issue also exists.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using and maintaining their website or software appropriately.
Customers should:
-
Follow the provided installation and usage instructions.
-
Keep administrator credentials secure.
-
Maintain appropriate backups of important data.
-
Avoid unauthorized modifications to covered components.
-
Keep hosting environments and dependencies compatible.
-
Report defects promptly after discovery.
-
Provide accurate information to help reproduce and diagnose reported issues.
-
Maintain required domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions.
-
Cooperate reasonably with troubleshooting and corrective work.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the assessment of a warranty claim where the failure contributed to the reported defect.
8. Warranty for Custom Website Development
For custom website projects, warranty coverage is limited to the deliverables and functionality agreed upon in the approved proposal or contract.
If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period, APPUPNEXT will assess and address it according to the applicable agreement.
Warranty coverage does not automatically include:
-
Additional pages or modules.
-
New business requirements.
-
Major design revisions.
-
Changes to the original workflow.
-
Additional integrations.
-
New reports or dashboard features.
-
Ongoing content updates.
-
Unlimited revisions or continuous development.
Any additional work outside the agreed warranty scope may be quoted separately.
9. Warranty for E-commerce Websites
For e-commerce projects, warranty coverage may apply to agreed features such as product management, cart functionality, checkout workflows, order management, customer accounts, and other functions specifically included in the project scope.
Coverage depends on the original specifications and the applicable warranty agreement.
Issues caused by payment gateways, courier services, external APIs, marketplace providers, third-party plugins, or hosting infrastructure may require separate investigation and may fall outside APPUPNEXT's direct warranty obligations.
APPUPNEXT does not guarantee business sales, revenue, customer traffic, search engine rankings, or commercial performance through a software warranty.
10. Warranty for Software and Digital Products
Software, themes, templates, scripts, and digital products may be covered by product-specific warranty terms.
Where coverage is provided, APPUPNEXT may correct reproducible defects in the supplied product that fall within the applicable warranty scope.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a software warranty does not automatically include:
-
Unlimited product customization.
-
Guaranteed compatibility with every server or environment.
-
Continuous updates for the lifetime of the product.
-
New versions or major upgrades.
-
Third-party license fees.
-
Hosting and domain services.
-
Installation or migration services.
-
Features not described in the product specification.
Customers should check the relevant product documentation and licensing terms for specific conditions.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Websites and applications may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, email services, plugins, libraries, and external platforms.
APPUPNEXT cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or defect-free operation of services controlled by third parties.
Where a problem involves an external service, APPUPNEXT may assist with diagnosis if that assistance is included in the applicable agreement. Resolution may depend on the third-party provider.
Any warranty obligations for third-party products remain subject to the applicable provider's terms and mandatory law.
12. Warranty Claims and Reporting Procedure
Customers who believe a defect is covered by warranty should contact APPUPNEXT through an official communication channel.
A warranty request should include:
-
Customer or business name.
-
Project or product name.
-
Invoice or order reference, where available.
-
Date the issue was first noticed.
-
Description of the problem.
-
Steps to reproduce the issue.
-
Supporting screenshots or error messages.
Customers should avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.
APPUPNEXT may request additional information or reasonable access to the affected environment to investigate the claim.
13. Warranty Assessment and Resolution
After receiving a warranty request, APPUPNEXT will assess the reported issue and determine whether it falls within the applicable coverage.
Depending on the circumstances, the company may:
-
Request additional diagnostic information.
-
Attempt to reproduce the issue.
-
Identify whether the cause relates to a covered deliverable.
-
Provide a corrective update or workaround.
-
Explain why the issue falls outside the agreed warranty scope.
-
Provide a separate quotation if additional paid work is required.
Resolution time may vary according to the issue's complexity, severity, dependencies, and availability of necessary information.
Any response-time or resolution-time commitment expressly stated in a separate agreement will take precedence where applicable.
14. Free Support and Warranty
Warranty coverage and technical support are different services.
A warranty generally addresses eligible defects in covered deliverables. Technical support may include assistance with configuration, usage, troubleshooting, or other operational matters.
Where a package includes free support, its scope will be determined by the applicable package description or written agreement.
Free support does not automatically mean unlimited customization, new feature development, major upgrades, or third-party service management.
15. Hosting, Domain, and Infrastructure
Hosting, domain registration, server administration, and infrastructure services may be supplied by APPUPNEXT or an external provider.
Warranty coverage for software does not automatically guarantee uninterrupted hosting, domain availability, email delivery, server performance, or external network connectivity.
Customers are responsible for renewals and payments for services that are not included in their purchased package.
If APPUPNEXT has expressly agreed to manage a covered infrastructure service, the applicable service agreement will determine its responsibilities and limitations.
16. Security and Data Protection
APPUPNEXT will handle customer information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.
Customers must maintain appropriate security measures for accounts, passwords, devices, servers, and third-party services under their control.
A software warranty is not a guarantee that a website or application will never experience a security incident, cyberattack, unauthorized access, or data loss.
Any security defect in a covered deliverable will be assessed according to the applicable warranty terms, the circumstances of the incident, and applicable law.
17. Limitation of Warranty
Except as expressly stated in the applicable agreement or required by law, APPUPNEXT does not guarantee that software or services will operate without interruption, be compatible with every environment, or satisfy requirements that were not included in the agreed scope.
Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent legally permissible.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a statutory warranty, consumer protection right, or other legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, APPUPNEXT will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a covered product or service, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional contractual limitation must be consistent with applicable law and the relevant agreement.
Customers should maintain appropriate backups and business continuity arrangements for critical systems.
19. Warranty Transferability
Warranty transfer rights depend on the relevant product license, project agreement, and applicable law.
A warranty does not automatically transfer to a new owner merely because a domain, website, business, or server is transferred.
Customers should contact APPUPNEXT before transferring a covered product or project if continued warranty coverage is important.
20. Warranty Suspension or Invalidity
Warranty coverage may be affected where an issue is caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, or other circumstances expressly excluded under the applicable agreement.
APPUPNEXT may request reasonable diagnostic information before determining coverage.
A claim should not be treated as invalid solely because a customer reports an unrelated defect or uses an otherwise permitted third-party service.
All warranty decisions remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights.
21. Changes to This Warranty Policy
APPUPNEXT may update this policy to reflect changes in its products, services, support procedures, or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be published or communicated through appropriate channels.
The warranty terms applicable to an existing purchase will be determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Policy updates do not automatically remove rights already granted under a binding agreement or mandatory law.
